K9 Ltd. is incorporated in Uganda (No. 52095 under section 16 (1) of the companies Act. It provides Video, VCD & DVD services such as rental, duplication, recording, video coverage, editing etc. it imports on request any electronic equipment (such as video and audio machines). Also educates people freely in the use of VHS, DVD and VCD plus their advantages and disadvantages. In addition it enlightens the population about this information age i.e. IT, Web, Internet and related technologies.
A group of highly trained persons led by Mr. Ismail M. Wadembere run K9 Ltd. Mr. Wadembere has a Master of Science Degree in Planning-Geographical Information Systems of University of Science-Malaysia and B.Sc. Surveying Degree of Makerere University. He has successfully managed K9 Video and DVD, as a founder and managing director. He is one of the directors and founder of CSE: Consulting Surveyors and Engineers. He has worked on many operating systems including MS-DOS, Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and the latest Windows XP. He has managed web servers running ArcIMS (GIS web Server) at School of Housing, Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia, where he has a personal slot at www.hbp.usm.my/ismail dedicated to Web 3D GIS Methodology for Corroborative Analysis and Visualization. Mr. Wadembere has worked with many organizations including Makerere University, Surveyor/Engineer with Terrazzo Construction (U) Ltd, Land Surveyor with M.B.K. Surveyor (Cadastral and Engineering surveying), Secretary with Doko Enterprises Ltd. He has worked on many great projects for Universiti Sains Malaysia i.e. http://www.hbp.usm.my/tourism/spd for project “Strategic Positioning of Malaysia’s Tourism Product for Emerging Global Tourist” under the IRPA.
